This means that the SANYO durable monitor can be used in a wide variety of hostile environments with no ongoing maintenance, applications include fast food, public display or industrial/warehouse installations.
The 32LM5R has an anti-reflective acrylic panel. This offers protection of the panels surface in public display applications and enables the simple cleaning of the display.
The 32LM5R has an Eyebolt on the back of the monitor. This makes tight installation and protects against theft.

The 32LM5R offers a variety of input and output terminals including, Component(Y,Pb,Pr) or RGBHV input and output via 5-BNC terminals, Composite video input and output via BNC, and RS-232 control port (serial D-Sub 9) input and output. The 32LM5R also offers Computer input (a D-Sub 15 RGB) and DVI-D input with HDCP for High Definition signals. There are also jacks for an external audio amp and speaker system (RCA).
The 32LM5R uses anodized aluminum - the same material used on sailing boats and it has a unique no holes ventilation design. This combination protects against cabinet crazing/deterioration and protects the display against ingress from dust and oil.
