Water jets are directed at the display from every direction, including the terminal cover and inspected for water ingress

Protected against dust ingress

The unit is exposed to re-circulating chalk dust within a confined chamber and inspected for dust ingress

Vacuum tested

Unit is tested in a vacuum chamber with a pressure of 15mbar to and check the integrity of the sealing.

Gore-tex valves

Gore-tex valves are installed into each WeatherProof display. This equalises internal and external display pressure and protects the integrity of the sealing.
