SANYO has used all of its expertise in creating a lightweight aluminum framed LCD monitor, which is protected by anti-reflective tempered glass. The display is certified to an IP66 standard and can operate in temperature conditions ranging from -20 to +40ºC, making it suitable for a host of external applications.
The 42LM5WP has a tough anti-reflective tempered glass. This offers protection of the panels surface in public display environments. The glass offers 1/10th of the reflection of a standard float glass and is approximately five times tougher, providing the display with a degree of vandal resistancy.
An optional network box (POA-LN01) makes it possible to use a network monitor, using your internet browser to monitor and control the display's properties.
The Hotel menu offers a variety of options to help administer control and reduce access.
The 42LM5WP offers numerous input and output terminals including Component(Y,Pb,Pr) or RGBHV input and output via BNC terminals, Composite video input and output with BNC, and RS-232 control port (serial D-Sub 9) input and output. The 42LM5WP also offers Computer input via D-Sub 15 RGB terminal, as well as DVI-D input with HDCP for High Definition signals. There are also jacks for an external audio speaker system (RCA).
The 42LM5WP uses an anodized aluminum cabinet and a unique no holes/un-ventilated design. This combination protects the cabinet from the effects of the environment and protects the display from the ingress of dust and water.
The 42LM5WP has an Eyebolt on the back of the monitor. This makes tight installation and protects against theft.
